Totally recommended for one night. The hotel is special with an excellent service, it has a magnificent location on the shore. The staff ensures you have a really nice time, they are really helpful.

This hotel is simply amazing! The location is excellent and offers a stunning view of the lake and the mountains. The food here is top-notch with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff knew how to serve me and even had delicious gluten-free breads for me to enjoy. The facilities and services are state of the art, making my stay here absolutely perfect.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were very amiable, location was fantastic on the lake of Lucerne. Location: the venue was just next door to the shore. Moreover, there was a lake within 0 mins walk from the hotel. The private parking was around the neighborhood, excellent service.

Wow! I had an incredible stay here! The hotel had a prime location right by the lake and it was so easy to get around as there was a ferry stop right next to it. I also loved the fact that Wi-Fi and parking were free, which was a huge plus. The facilities made my stay even better, as there was an indoor and outdoor playground for kids, and the breakfast catered to everyone's needs: there were gluten-free options, lots of fresh fruit, cheese, yoghurts. Lastly, the staff was amazing - always pleasant and more than happy to help out.
